Almost healthy #Oatmeal #Cookies

1/3 cup (70ml) olive oil
3 tbsp water
50g brown sugar
20g white sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup barley
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Raisins
Nuts(optional)
Salt
Ground Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together and scoop onto baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 190deg for 10-12 mins. Cookies will be soft when taken out of the oven so let the cookies cool and set on a cookie rack.

Can use 1 1/4 cup of flour and 1/2 cup ground oatmeal plus chocolate chips to make chocolate chip cookies instead. Don't use extra virgin because it tends to have a stronger taste.
And yup, no eggs needed!
