Day 9 of the #30daychallenge. Did 100 squats and leg cycles, 60 crunches and (10x6sets) arm exercise! Fuhhh.. Gotta say the squats are getting a lot easier so doing 100 wasn't hard at all! Also realized that I'm in a much better mood when I exercise that day. So you guessed it, rest day=cranky pants day! So from now on my rest days won't be completely rest days anymore
