So I guess you can tell what we're having for #iftar today. #Naan recipe from @allrecipes except i used yogurt and milk instead of just milk. This is a trick I watched on youtube. You need a frying pan that is not so non-stick and by dabbing water all around the rolled dough will make it stick to the pan and not fall off when you turn the pan upside down. After the top is cooked just peel the naan off the frying pan. Give it a try! I think this way you can replicate the tandoor-effect that you get from shops
