Simple and quick #Chocolate #Chiffoncake in #papercups for #iftar.
2 eggs separated
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp room temp milk
1/2 tsp instant coffee
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder sifted together
40g sugar

Mix egg yolk with oil, milk and sigter flour. Whisk egg whites add sugar and beat until stiff peak. Add a dollop of meringue to cocoa mixture, mix well. Pour cocoa mixture into meringue and gentle fold until even. Scoop into paper cups. Bake in preheated oven at 170deg for 30mins.
