After the queasiness subsided, I managed to whip up my first #homemade #coconut #chutney! Not bad although I should probably add more curry leaves and probably some fenugreek seeds next time. Now all I need to wait for is my dosai batter to ferment and we're having dosai&chutney for breakfast tomorrow!! Yeayy!! #indianfood 初挑戦のココナツチャットニーでしたけどまぁまぁ成功かな。あとは、ドーサの生地を発酵させて、明日の朝はインディアンブレックファースト!(๑╹ڡ╹)╭ ~ ♡たのしみだね~
