How to roll the dough (part 1)
Soft Dinner #rolls #recipe

200g bread flour
50g plain/cake flour
30g sugar
20g butter
15g condensed milk
160cc warm milk
3g salt
4g dry yeast (5g if making rolls in winter)

Place all ingredients in HB and knead. Proof for 45-60mins. Punch out gas and divide into 8 for bigger rolls, 16 for mini size rolls. Let rest, covered for 10-15mins.

Shape rolls into balls or as shown in photo. Let rise the second time, for about 30mins. Glaze rolls with egg wash and bake at 180deg for 15-18mins or until golden brown.
