Cute bite-size #bread. Easy peasy. And sedap. Nah #recipe : Bitesize Bread
220g bread flour
4g dry yeast
Knead. Proof. Punch out gas. 15 min bench time. Roll into flat square. Cut vertical and horizontal lines across rolled dough to get bite size shape. Place on grease paper. Proof second time. Bake in 190deg preheated oven for 15mins or so. Can sub some of the flour with whole wheat, grains, oatmeal etc. Can also sub the sugar with honey and butter with olive oil.
